Series upload, but SZ did not extract embedded subtitles / CRITICAL (agentkit:1091)

This issue is maybe the same or related to #679, but this time it happen with a normal new series upload. Not an upgrade.

In PMS all the library scan are un-ticked and in Sonarr > Settings > Connect > Plex Media Server > Update library is set to Yes.

At 07-10-19 11:17 Sonarr downloadede "Mr. Robot S04E01" with an included .ASS subtitles.

Kitana says there is an embedded subtitles, so I assume that SZ should be able to extract .ASS subtitles?

When you look in "log.1" at 2019-10-07 11:17:36 you can see this text:

CRITICAL (agentkit:1091) - Exception in the update function of agent

I do not know if this is related to the the missing .ASS extract.
