There is a typo in the default setting of paperless_ngx_conf_ocr_color_conversion_strategy that must be RGB instead of RBG.

Leads to runtime error:
ValueError: argument --color-conversion-strategy: invalid choice: 'RBG' (choose from 'CMYK', 'RGB', 'UseDeviceIndependentColor', 'LeaveColorUnchanged', 'Gray')
