Window from another workspace starts glitching.

Describe the bug
When there are multiple apps opened on another workspace, if you select any app other than the first and then switch to previous workspace. It starts glitching.

To Reproduce
As shown in the video.

Expected behavior
It should not be glitched.

I believe this might be related to #672 Does the glitch also happen if you switch workspaces using the PaperWM keybindings? E.g. Super+PageUp/Down

@Lythenas It doesn't happen when changing workspace. Only when toggling them. And yes,even after i move to another workspace with PaperWM keybind, it still happens on pressing windows key(i.e toggling workspace).

This is actually an upstream / gnome issue or behaviour (not PaperWM's).

E.g.: disable PaperWM (use standard gnome) and move a window on the second workspace offscreen:

The above is with PaperWM disabled (just gnome).

Feel free to submit an issue to Gnome - but it's actually standard behaviour in gnome for an offscreen window and multiple workspaces.
