The bug of Accept-Straight-to-Finalization not processing directly to the "Approved" section but remaining in the "Waiting" section seems to have reappeared.

Would you please make the following file available for finalization (AStF got stuck):

Can you please push them through to the Approved section so that they can be finalized.
