Enable the Xilinx DMA drivers as well as the ADI AXI Clock Generator. These changes match updates that were already made to the parallella_lite_defconfig.
Update the bindings for the I2C node, use the cadence driver bindings as the older ps7-i2c driver has been removed. Additionally move the I2C device node back into the bus hierarchy.
Enable the Cadence I2C driver, align with the parallella_defconfig for the I2C driver used. Also remove the config for the unavailable I2C_ZYNQ driver.
Add the missing interrupt-parent property for the AXI VDMA channel interrupt.

This is an incorrect test. When booting with UEFI and devicetree, the kernel must still initialize the enet hw clocks. If booting with ACPI, the clock hw is not exposed to the kernel and it is that case where we want to avoid initializing clocks. These patches fix the configuration of the parallella and parallella_lite defconfigs as well as the bindings in the zynq-parallella1* device trees.
This pull request only resolves the setup of the video for HDMI, sound is still broken.
