fix dialog, improve search bar, add badge, mockup of get resources filtering

This is adding v0 code for mocking up get resource filtering. It can be used as for implementation and review of the filtering concept.
It contains

• fixing the dialog component with adding pr-twp
• improving the search by adding a cancel button
• adding the badge component (with a new "muted" variant)
• a v0 mockup of get resources with filtering, adapted to work with the Paratext theme, added to example layouts
