I see it's similar to #6767 but with a new, fresh version.

How to resolve it?
The bootnode you want to connect to at ... provided a different peer ID ... than the one you expect ...

Also not sure what I can do to eliminate messages like:

And as I see this message The hardware does not meet the minimal requirements for role 'Authority' find out more.. i can ignore it because it's not mandatory and all resources are enough. I hope i right here

Yeah the chain spec update comes with 0.9.40. Until that you could download the chain spec yourself.

If you want to be a validator in the active set, you should use better hardware.
