Quick and dirty support for Swift Package Manager, required by parse-community/Parse-SDK-iOS-OSX#1659.
Note that I have deleted all (not required) git submodules, Cocapods and Carthage support. Xcode poject/workspace as well as files that were problematic to migrate quickly.
Not ready for merge, serves only as an inspiration and proof of concept
