New Pull Request Checklist

Issue Description

The release 5.0.0-alpha.1 bumped the node engine version to >=14.0.0, but it should be >=14.20.1 to increase changes of being able to upgrade dependencies. The older a Node version is, the higher the risk that a dependency requires a higher Node version.

Related issue: #n/a

Approach

Upgrade Node engine version to 14.20.1
