This is the right base for the PR, but there is a lot missing. You can't just change the version of the existing MongoDB 5 job, instead you need to add a new job; and there are other changes in the README for example. I suggest you take a closer look a the PRs I referenced for you in the issue.

Sorry but I am not experienced in with creating PR and parse server source code. Also I don't have too much time these days, because I need to migrate my production systems to a new server. I guess someone has more knowledge of these should open this PR.
