Describe changes

  • Added a CI configuration file (ci.yml) to automate the build and test process for the project.
  • The workflow triggers on every push and pull request to the main branch and can also be executed manually.
  • Supports the latest versions of three operating systems: Ubuntu, macOS, and Windows.
