What

Update the API endpoint from usepatch.com to patch.io

Why

Match the new default domain for Patch

SDK Release Checklist

  • Have you added an integration test for the changes?
  • Have you built the library locally and made queries against it successfully?
  • Did you update the changelog?
  • Did you bump the package version?
  • For breaking changes, did you plan for the release of the new SDK versions and deploy the API to production?

@biglovisa not sure why I'm generating different indentations than you. Let's look at my settings.

@pcothenet let's figure out what's going on with the linting on your machine... In the meantime, I formatted/linted the code on my end and pushed it up to this PR. Please take a look on the changes before merging in case I messed something up 😅 Looks good to me, though!
