Request: Filter / Sort by License Type

As a user, I want the ability to filter by license so I don't accidentally use a non-approved patch in a commercial or for profit project.

Example: Filter dropdown, display list of available licenses. I can choose MIT, DGAF, etc.

Let me know if I can PR against a repo for this feature.
