Would someone be able to refresh the PATO imports and make sure that when you open pato-edit.owl afterwards, no more straddlers are found? There are quite a few at the moment.

I assume straddlers = dangling classes? in which case after updating imports:

Yes.. These are quite a few still. Does PATO have an NCBITaxon dependency? we could use the base module clean mechanism to get rid of all of these dangling classes?
