This is a fast fix version, it activates Cyborg Commando, that was mistakenly deactivated in v0.80d
fixes comanche rotation as well and gives Shadow Commando to Black Hand additionally (but not going to stay that way in the future)

New Features:

  • The Shadow Commando is removed in favor of the Cyborg Commando. Cyborg Commando has a different role, it is a slow but heavy fighter with a rather long ranged laser.
  • Scrin infantry now heals on Tiberium.

Balancing:

  • Sniper (England) now deals "driver damage". This means he does not kill instantly but if enough damage is done to a driver, the vehicle is empty. This damage auto heals and stacks with other forms of driver damage like radiation. This is a strong nerf on snipers ability to shoot vehicles, especially strong vehicles, vehicles with low HP (like artillery) can still be shot quite good.

Bug fixes:

  • Maps with interior tileset crash (bib.int)
  • Sam Site palette colors
  • ECM Tank prerequisites were wrong
  • Prism Tank, Prism Cannon and Disruptor had wrong sprites when damaged
  • Stormrider had wrong description indicating it can see invisible units
  • Primary building were broken after Dropship became able to produce units directly into it

  • Fixed a bug that made Heavy Devourer have the same speed as the light armored Devourer
  • Fixed visibility of Napalm upgrade in the Commander Tree (was visible to other factions)
  • Fixed a bug that made vehicles exit Weapons Factory in a strange way
  • Fixed "e3rot crash"
  • Fixed "die7 crash"

there are still some bugs left, please report bugs with exception log if you find them and try to explain how to replicate (if you can)

Big changes:

  • New faction: CHINA
  • Zoom out maximum increased
  • Tooltips of units now show against what these units are effective (if they deal damage), this is new and experimental, if you find bugs, please report
  • Radiation and Toxin now works differently. Vehicles are no longer damaged by these damage types but their drivers and passengers are. Whenever a vehicle receives this damage, there is a green bar showing it, once it is filled up, the driver dies and the vehicle can be captured. Driver damage slowly heals over time.
  • BuildQueue no longer can be paused, there is only cancel, so less clicks are necessary to change production. Queuing 10 items of something turns it to infinity production, if there are several units produced infinite, these are produced in alternating order.
  • Loadscreen is now a random selection of "nice" images.
  • Swiss Banks are added, this is a first new feature of improved teamplay. Swiss Banks allow automatic transfer of cash between players. If all players on a team have Swiss Banks, the ones with the most cash give more to the others than they receive. If you power down your bank, you don't give anymore. In the future there will also be unit control of allied units, which can be enabled.
  • AI can now use upgrades. For a first testing this is only applied to China yet.
  • Engine upgrade comes with a lot of things like improved pathfinding

Small changes:

  • In addition to buildable oil derricks there are now also buildable oil platforms (on water). These are more efficient, but only if you don't pack many together.

  • Stormrider/hunter no longer heavily self-damages on air-to-air combat.
  • Several palette bugs were fixed on the new aircraft.
  • Removed duplicate desertconquer map.
  • APC now has eject on death for its cargo. This is to test if this desyncs in multiplayer, which happened in the past.
  • MAD Tank has been reworked. Now it causes seismic shocks that slow down all ground units in the area. No more damage dealt. Can stack up to 3 times. I forgot to update the description.
