Update analytics to GA4

Google analytics will need to be updated to GA4 before July 1, 2023:

• We have set up GA4 with connected site tags to our existing UA property, confirmed data is populating.

• Per "configuration settings for GTag" section from link above, any gtag('config'...) code will not automatically apply to GA4 through the connected site tag and needs to be updated as explained here.

  • We use this format to set the page_path and page_title in the documentation-framework; however, this data is coming through to the GA4 account so not making any changes for this at this time.
