Add guidance to dropdown actions - around the different stylings and when to use which
Add guidance around the "Pattern" of where to place actions depending on what they affect

ALSO add guidance around disabling different actions based on selection in a table.
Ie: if no items in a table are selected. the kebab will still be clickable to reveal the actions, but the actions in the menu would be disabled since you haven't selected any items to take action on.
