Request ability to override alphabetical ordering of sidenav items

The sidenav items are currently alphabetically ordered, but there are cases where specific items should be moved to the top or the entire list should be set manually. Consumers should be able to pass data to manually override alphabetical ordering where desired, but leave it in place by default.
