We'd like to include guidance around patterns for UIs with multiple login methods.

For reference, I have mockups from Anastasia -- "Basically the user has their main log in method with the corresponding fields at the top and then underneath the different log in methods are listed as buttons, clicking on those buttons will bring the user to the corresponding log in screen."
