Toggle: bubbleEvent prop throwing console error

Describe the issue. What is the expected and unexpected behavior?
The bubbleEvent prop in the Toggle component is being passed to the element and throwing a console error as an unrecognizable DOM attribute, and needs to be destructured from props to avoid this.

Is this a bug or enhancement? If this issue is a bug, is this issue blocking you or is there a work-around?
