Wizard - update hasBodyPadding

We moved the element that gets `.pf-m-no-padding` from `.pf-c-wizard__main` to `.pf-c-wizard__main-body`. Also, should this prop be called `noBodyPadding`? I believe we use `noPadding` in a couple of other components.
