Describe the problem
This issue is to track work for refactoring the card component

• Card - Some classes are exposed to the consumer that should be rendered internally. #8684

• Per this conversation, can we refactor the component so CardHeaderMain wrapper is generated internally when needed.
• There may be other changes introduced to the header code from Card - rework header to be more flexible patternfly#4958

• Card - implement new selectable/clickable card design #8685
• Card - Clean up legacy selectable card vs new one #8686
