Commodore 64 OUYA (FrodoC64)

This fork of FrodoC64 for Android is optimized specifically for the OUYA.

This project will involve:

1. Targeting a more recent API version

2. Reworking the interface to be touchless (targeting a specific controller)

3. Reworking layouts to fit landscape mode more naturally

4. Compensating for TV overscan
