Make Paylike payment option visible when the precision configured from "Preferences > General > Number of decimals" for the active currency is less or equal to the [precision supported by Paylike](https://github.com/paylike/php-api/blob/master/src/Data/Currencies.php#L84) for the active currency. Incremented version to 1.0.8.
