The fourth release of NameNode Analytics.

This release focuses on further UI changes:
[#152] Remove tidy.html and tokens.html and reveal users.html in navbar - 4b650fe
[#156] Convert /dump output to JSON - b79d0c5
[#151] Improve users.html page by adding percentage of old files - 2a3e68c
[#153] Improve quotas.html to use datatables - 07e2769
