  • Use a loop or apply a series of commands (function?) to delete files and run iscam in each SAR directory.
  • Rename the "retrospectives" folder to "retros" (gfiscamutils repo, herring branch).
  • Get variables for MCMC runs from "run-iscam.bat" (to go into the SR document).
  • Might be easier to write an R script.
  • Set switch for run-iscam.R (e.g., run_iscam <- TRUE) and get variables from the R script.
