This PR integrates
venom-based unit, stateless, and stateful fuzzing (incl. Echidna) tests, and Halmos-based symbolic tests into the CI pipeline. Furthermore, we configure the tests to use the latest commit from themasterbranch of Vyper going forward, ensuring we are always testing against the most up-to-date version of the compiler.🐶 Cute Animal Picture
