Summary
xdeployer v1.1.18 adds support for one further EVM network:
arbitrumNova
Furthermore, whilst this plugin supports Optimism Kovan and Optimism Goerli via optimismTestnet, and Arbitrum Rinkeby and Arbitrum Goerli via arbitrumTestnet, it will output the resulting block explorer links in the terminal of Optimism Goerli and Arbitrum Goerli, as Optimism Kovan and Arbitrum Kovan are deprecated.
