Filebeat 6.4 has a very useful prospector type
dockerthat is handy when dealing with Kubernetes logs on hosts. This PR adds support for that input, as well as a RSpec test for that input as well.Docker Input Reference: https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/beats/filebeat/current/filebeat-input-docker.html
