I would like to have a parameter to not manage the package.
Use case in my example is on Windows where I want to install filebeat from a internal chocolatey repo (with the 'regular' package resource).

This makes sense to me - can you also add the parameter docs to the README file?

sorry, I was a bit busy last week and couldn't find any time to update the docs.

Not a problem at all - I had a few other updates to run for another MR so I took care of it then. The new parameter is in the latest forge release.

Thanks for the PR!
