Consume Git Diff output

Initial creation of this repository is based on a rudimentary understanding of git diff output. There is much room for improvement.

Powershell

The Powershell version of the git diff consumption logic comes in the form of a function and enum. These are supplied by the Powershell module ConvertFrom-GitDiff.psm1 script. Test.ps1 provides example usage.
