pdf format for the book

First of all this is a great book. Thank you for this resource. Is there a way to get a pdf for this book, so that it can be printed?

@wronnyhuang unfortunately, we don't have any easy way to do that yet, although I understand it may be coming... Sorry.

@coco3427 Not yet, we need to add an autobuild for the pdf and add a link to the pdf in both the README and the web version of the book.
