0.3 alpha 1 release

No idea if there is any point to this. I guess given that I started it, I don't want someone (if there even is a someone) to think they should eschew the main branch and try to do something with a release, and take the latest release.
This just kicks the 'latest release' can down the road a little more.

bokeh, mon

Restructured the source to sort of map to some 'standard' layout.
Added a bokeh based viewer.
Added more commands.

qtGui

New QT-based GUI.
Pulls everything into local DB.
Caches images locally.

Not tested on linux (yet).
Not tested in windoze (never?).

Initial Release

This was the initial release. Just dynamically read the followers/follewees list and did some minor reporting.
