Move all GPIO activations and deactivations to
main_core0.cpp.GPIOs were not working when used from
TaskBoardDriver_TBv2025.hppfile.This is working measuring the GPIO voltage with a multimeter.
It needs to be tested with final hardware (relay and solenoid) before merging.
