Acceptance criteria:

  • when ISBN is applied for a dissertation a "I have checked at my department/faculty that I do not get an ISBN" checkbox must be checked
  • if the checkbox is not checked a warning is returned and the user is not able to proceed
  • the value is not stored to the database
