Run the following command to build and unit test the application 'mvn clean package'

To run the service and swagger page on your local tomcat server, follow these steps:

1. add the PFREDRestService.war into webapps folder
2. restart tomcat as needed
3. access the Swagger page at https://os.biogen.com/PFREDRestService/api
