As a prelude of #2244

• the | helps showing the title reached when clicking on an internal link
• Using .. list-table:: to avoid wrapping on type column
  • wrapping
    
  • non wrapping
    
  • It also facilitates the writting of long descriptions
• using double backquote to indicate things that not to be translated (like column names, or postgres types)
• using bold when things can be translated like ANY-INTEGER
• organizing it a little better
