Patch fix for Bioconda (Conda build issue due to pytest-runner and pip conflict; see https://github.com/pytest-dev/pytest-runner/#deprecation-notice)
Also adds biohansel console script entry point so users can run either $ biohansel ... or $ hansel ...
