Cant add an App to a service account in the "Access" tab #590

Describe the bug

In the "Access Control" > "Service Accounts" tab, when I'm viewing a service account, there is an "Add App" button. When I click this button and then select an app, I get a screen that just says "Something went wrong!". However, if I go to the same app's page under the "Access" tab, I can add the service account with no issues which should rule out permissions/not being able to do this action. Our app Owner was also able to recreate this on his account and said there wasn't anything useful in our server logs.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'Access Control'
  2. Click on 'Service Accounts'
  3. Select an account and click "Manage"
  4. Click "Add App"
  5. Select an App
  6. You should see the same error page. This operation should be supported if the button is there.

I would've expected to see a similar screen to what exists on the app page where I can choose environments for the service account to have access to.
