Problem description
For phetsims/qa#880. When zooming in, the nav bar may be whited out for some time. It does come back after about a minute it seems, and it also returns if you zoom back out. This also happens in rc.1. This is also happening on many published sims, so may be due to a recent chrome update. I am on 109.0.5414.74. Feel free to move this to a general repo if appropriate.

Just noticed this go by and recognized that it is phetsims/scenery#1507.

@AgustinVallejo no need to do anything here since it is a known scenery bug. It should not block publication of ESP since it exists in other published sims.
