Support "Save Link As..." with keyboard shortcut #331

When using Vimium, I often come across files that I want to save by using the "Save Link As..." contextual menu entry. It would be nice to have a keyboard shortcut, similar to the follow (f) command that would do this, so I don't have to reach for the mouse.
