Bad VERSION for 2.5.0 tag

Hi,
Quickly, [./VERSION](https://github.com/php/php-sdk-binary-tools/blob/php-sdk-2.5.0/VERSION) is not up to date with tag 2.5.0.
If you can update file and tag, it would be great, Thx!
