Nginx trying to create this directory (it is not possible to change it to something other than NGX_HTTP_PROXY_TEMP_PATH configure variable) on initialization, but it is not used.

Sorry for the massive delay, I've tested this out and it does seem that this config option wasn't actually involved in our operations. |
