A set of tools to operate physiological files in MRI setups

Welcome to the Physiopy community

We are an international group of volunteers that have developed a suite of Python libraries to help researchers process physiological files, particularly when recorded alongside neuroimaging acquisitions. These libraries vary from formatting physiological files into a standard format, data quality control, peak detection analyses and preparing physiological data for fMRI denoising.

🌐 Check out our Website, which includes our Contributor Guide and Code of Conduct.

📝 Read our Community Practices, where you can find advice and recommendations for physiological data acquisition, preprocessing, and analysis.

🧑‍💻 We meet virtually, typically every third Thursday of the month. To join (and for other general enquiries about where to keep up to date with community updates and discussions) email physiopy.community@gmail.com.
