Update embedded Lua to v5.4.6

What does this implement/fix?

Update embedded Lua to v5.4.6 released today. The only change compared to the last release is lua/lua@6443185 which restores a broken ABI.

FTL itself (Lua CLI, usage in dnsmasq and usage in the v6.0 web server) was not affected, however, external programs possibly using the exported Lua symbols in FTL might have been.
