- Add a cluster profile that allows to solve the rules
- Add a function to tunnel into the ssh so that the gurobi license cna be activated
- break-up config into several files to make it manageable
- start modularising the snakemake file
- add the DAG rule to plot compute DAGs [pypsa-eur]
