Which file format for motifs?

GRAFIMO accepts motif PWMs in two file formats:

• MEME file format
• JASPAR file format

Note in a single MEME file can be stored more than one single motif. If this is the case, GRAFIMO will search each motif specified in the given MEME file, in the genomic regions contained in the given BED file.

In JASPAR file can be given a single motif per file.
