feat: pocketbase adapter

hello! I began implementing a pocketbase adapter for better-auth. It's still early and not thoroughly tested, but my vibe checks are passing (+ I implemented basic codegen for migrations).

I also noticed that it's in your roadmap to implement a pocketbase driver; if this aligns with your roadmap, would love to colab!

In the repo, there is is simple hono and a next.js example.

There is things to-do still:

• testing
• see if pb's auth collection can be integrated
• support pb's batch api
• ...

Hey this is great! However I can't really label it under Better-Auth-Kit if it isn't in this repo
If you want it to be in BA kit you may need to move it to this repo, otherwise I recommend checking out the Better Auth Awesome repo and add your repo link under the adapter lists
