1. Minimal reproduce step (Required)

drop table tt,t1;
CREATE TABLE t1 (i INT);

BEGIN;
CREATE TEMPORARY TABLE tt (
    `i` int DEFAULT NULL
    );
INSERT INTO tt SELECT * FROM t1;

2. What did you expect to see? (Required)

mysql> INSERT INTO tt SELECT * FROM t1;
Query OK, 0 rows affected (0.01 sec)
Records: 0  Duplicates: 0  Warnings: 0

3. What did you see instead (Required)

tidb> INSERT INTO tt SELECT * FROM t1;
ERROR 1105 (HY000): Can't get table tt
