Enhancement

When doing a restore with BR a customer gets this message:

Error: failed to check task exists: found CDC changefeed(s): cluster/namespace: default/default changefeed(s): [internal-all-schemas], please stop changefeed(s) before restore

Pausing the changefeed doesn't help.

Actually, it should be remove changefeed(s).
